JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Store Operations Associate, you are supporting Retail Performance & Operations support in your boutique. You support and maintain excellence in our operations while providing optimization of existing and implementation of new processes.

You will focus your tasks on Customer & Care Services, Digital Tools & Projects, POS & Cash Management, Boutique Maintenance, Stock Management and Process & Internal Control

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Boutique Maintenance:

  • Provide support and ensure proper follow-up on boutique maintenance requirements and budget.

  • Assist in project management to meet timelines.

    • Boutique Opening & Closing

    • Relocations and renovations

    • External Storage Locations

    • Assist in supporting all events/ pop-ups and operational implementation, including hardware/ security/ cleaning, and back-of-house processes.

  1. Stock Management:

  • Collaborate with the Store Operations Manager/ Boutique Manager to manage inventory flows and events, considering local market needs (stock deliveries, transfers, and results/ shrinkage rate of the annual inventory).

  • Ensure adherence to storage regulations, implement processes and apply best practices at the boutique.

  • Assist the Store Operations Manager/ Boutique Manager in overseeing supply needs for the boutique (materials, tools, uniforms, etc.).

  1. Process & Internal Control:

  • Handle daily administrative support for the boutique.

  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, Regional Ops, and local government policies/ procedures:

    • Compliance with health and safety policies.

    • Ensure efficient and effective management.

    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or university graduate in Business Administration or related discipline

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry

  • Good analytical, leadership and communication skills

  • Detail-minded, Well-organized

  • Good English communication, any additional language will be an advantage

Working hours: 9 AM to 10.30 PM (Mon - Fri). 8 hours/day with 1 hour break (possible rotation of schedule, the schedule may rotate depending on needs).
