JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Store Operations Associate, you are supporting Retail Performance & Operations support in your boutique. You support and maintain excellence in our operations while providing optimization of existing and implementation of new processes.
You will focus your tasks on Customer & Care Services, Digital Tools & Projects, POS & Cash Management, Boutique Maintenance, Stock Management and Process & Internal Control
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Boutique Maintenance:
Provide support and ensure proper follow-up on boutique maintenance requirements and budget.
Assist in project management to meet timelines.
Boutique Opening & Closing
Relocations and renovations
External Storage Locations
Assist in supporting all events/ pop-ups and operational implementation, including hardware/ security/ cleaning, and back-of-house processes.
Stock Management:
Collaborate with the Store Operations Manager/ Boutique Manager to manage inventory flows and events, considering local market needs (stock deliveries, transfers, and results/ shrinkage rate of the annual inventory).
Ensure adherence to storage regulations, implement processes and apply best practices at the boutique.
Assist the Store Operations Manager/ Boutique Manager in overseeing supply needs for the boutique (materials, tools, uniforms, etc.).
Process & Internal Control:
Handle daily administrative support for the boutique.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines, Regional Ops, and local government policies/ procedures:
Compliance with health and safety policies.
Ensure efficient and effective management.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or university graduate in Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry
Good analytical, leadership and communication skills
Detail-minded, Well-organized
Good English communication, any additional language will be an advantage
Working hours: 9 AM to 10.30 PM (Mon - Fri). 8 hours/day with 1 hour break (possible rotation of schedule, the schedule may rotate depending on needs).
