Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports, track hiring metrics, and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate roles and market trends.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects.
