Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports, track hiring metrics, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate roles and market trends.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects.
