RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on technical, and high-potential roles. Collaborate with HR Partner in Vietnam and Leaders globally to address hiring priorities and workforce needs.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR Partner and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and provide expertise on recruitment best practices. Build strong relationships with external agencies and a robust direct sourcing strategy to enhance recruitment reach.
Branding & Candidate Experience: Strengthen Company brand in Vietnam by promoting a compelling employee value proposition. Ensure a positive candidate experience from recruitment to onboarding, leveraging social media and industry networks.
Data-Driven Approach & Reporting: Monitor key recruitment metrics, providing insights to leadership on trends, pipeline status, and process improvements to optimize hiring efficiency.
Talent Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices to inform our Vietnam talent strategy. Provide market intelligence to leadership to guide decision-making.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor 1 recruitment team member, fostering collaboration and continuous learning. Ensure adherence to best practices, diversity initiatives, and company policies.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve the recruitment processes through new tools, technologies, and methodologies, driving innovation in digital recruitment and talent sourcing.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in managing high volume recruitment and executive search in the FMCG industry.
Knowledge of Recruitment Tools (ATS, Oracle & LinkedIn Premium etc.)
