RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • General management and full responsibility for the Trade Marketing department
  • Concurrently holds the position of Trade Activity Lead for the MT channel
  • Main focal point in coordinating with other functions and departments in the company
  • Develop and implement distribution channel strategy (Channel strategy).
  • Develop and implement price strategy, overall promotion strategy & plan (Price & Promotion strategy)
  • Develop overall strategy and plan for Activation activities
  • Develop overall strategy and plan for Visibility & POSM activities
  • Implement demand forecast/ bottom-up forecast according to S&OP process
  • Develop plans and coordinate Trade launch
  • Manage or coordinate to manage large and important projects of Commercial
  • Other tasks assigned by the Commercial Director
REQUIREMENTS:
  • University degree in economics, marketing
  • Deep knowledge about Trade Marketing at FMCG companies.
  • Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Have at least 3 years of experiences at the same position
  • Synthesize, analyze information, data, research market
  • Planning & Project management
  • People management, coaching and training skills
  • Strong negotiation & problems solving skill
  • Good communication skills and high pressure on work
  • The spirit of progress and willingness to go on business
  • Basic communication English
