Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to lead new product launches and in-market activation for our FMCG portfolio in Vietnam. This role drives collaboration with cross-functional teams, develops trade marketing strategies, and ensures effective distribution across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute trade marketing strategies for new products, coordinating with sales and marketing teams.
- Analyze market data and consumer trends to align new product launches with channel-specific needs.
- Manage budget allocation for promotions, events, and in-store activations.
- Monitor and report on the success of trade programs and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in trade marketing or channel management within FMCG.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese retail landscape.
- Proven analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
