We are looking for an experienced Director of Digital Operations to spearhead company digital initiatives and manage the digital operations team in Vietnam. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in digital performance marketing, social media, digital advertising, and client relationship management, particularly within the luxury and lifestyle industries.
The ideal candidate will ensure that company digital efforts reflect clients’ brand standards while collaborating with internal & external teams and engaging directly with clients to craft impactful strategies, helping them navigate the fast-changing digital environment.
Key responsibilities:
Social Media Management & Content Strategy
  • Content Leadership: Lead the creation and execution of digital content strategies across social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience engagement.
  • Strategic Innovation: Shape creative visions, identify emerging trends, and develop innovative strategies to strengthen brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other evolving channels.
  • Quality Control: Guarantee all digital content is top-notch, on-brand, and fulfills client expectations.
Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage the development, execution, and optimization of digital ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics to achieve KPIs, collaborating with the performance team to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Client Advisory: Provide clients with strategic advice on digital advertising, sharing best practices and identifying opportunities for growth.
Leadership & Team Management
  • Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and motivate the Digital Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and excellence.
  • Goal Alignment: Set team objectives and key results that support both organizational and client priorities, focusing on quality, innovation, and efficiency.
  • Change Management: Act as a catalyst for change, introducing new ideas and leading the team through digital and operational transformations.
  • Talent Growth: Support team members’ professional development, creating a high-performance environment that promotes career advancement.
Client Management & Strategic Consulting
  • Strategic Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives and client leaders, offering data-driven recommendations that align with their business goals.
  • Customized Strategies: Develop tailored digital strategies that address unique client challenges, market dynamics, and brand objectives.
  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on trends in the luxury and lifestyle sectors, leveraging insights to refine client strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Technology Leadership: Identify and recommend emerging digital technologies that can enhance client outcomes, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years in marketing, digital operations, or related fields, with extensive experience in digital performance marketing, client engagement, and team leadership.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to oversee complex digital campaigns and align team efforts with client and company goals.
  • Data Expertise: Proficiency with analytics tools like Looker Studio, Google & Meta Ad Management, and Google Analytics, using data to drive strategy and improve client results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to confidently present ideas and build trust with C-level executives.
  • Client Focus: Demonstrated success in delivering outstanding client experiences and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Adaptability: Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with the ability to manage ambiguity effectively.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English with strong verbal and written abilities; proficiency in Vietnamese is required.
