Job Description
- Support technical after-sales work supporting of Company products;
- Provide products demo, service, maintenance, and upgrades for customers;
- Create, manage and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed;
- Write product solutions and responsible for inquires of technical parts of related products;
-Good service attitude, response customer quickly.
- Other job related to technical issues.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred.
- Fluent in English, Chinese is a preference;
