Position Overview
Lead a team to manage the operations of a property portfolio, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and cost-effective to enhance property value.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and budget for annual property operations and maintenance.
- Review and update policies to improve management processes.
- Manage repairs, improvement projects, and contractor services.
- Oversee security management and liaise with tenants and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, resolve issues, and guide the team.
- Implement system audits, drive process improvements, and ensure timely reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
