JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
• Be the go-to person for day-to-day procurement administration activities across all direct & indirect categories and MRO.
• Support procurement team with onboarding process of new suppliers.
• Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that the purchase requests are fulfilled timely
• Support to local procurement and internal stakeholders to source, maintain supplier & contract database, create Purchase Order
• Ensure procure to pay process are properly implemented
• Contract and PO compliance: Drive and ensure compliance with local procurement process with stakeholders.
• Other admin supportive tasks to be discussed and aligned according to current needs.
• Delivering a weekly purchase requests report with progress update
• Daily follow up communication with suppliers regarding to delivery, quality, etc…
• Drive, negotiate, execute tactical tasks within the spend threshold
REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business Management with preferable focus on Supply chain, Legal or Finance
• Great collaboration skills
• Result oriented
• Influencing and persuasion skills
• A get things done attitude and the ability handle many projects at the same time
• Ability to listen and learn from others
• Willingness to build carrier in Procurement
• The ideal candidates are preferred to have 1 -3 years experiences in procurement
• Advanced English
