MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stakeholder Management Support
Liaise between strategy and delivery teams, supporting Supply Facing, Sourcing, Contracting, GBS, and Business Facing teams.
Develop and share updates, compliance, and market insights to ensure alignment.
Ensure safe and compliant operations.
Provide Procurement and category expertise, mentoring junior team members.
Category Strategy & Implementation Support
Lead strategy creation for low-complexity categories (depending on scope and Analyst seniority).
Contribute to category and sourcing strategies through market analysis, cost modeling, and benchmarking.
Collaborate with global Supply Facing teams to develop innovative supply sources and gain business buy-in.
Support implementation of category strategies and contract management locally.
Ensure timely, accurate contract preparation for safe, compliant, and reliable operations.
Adhere to risk management, delegation, and functional guidelines.
Track and report value delivery from assigned activities.
Align category strategies with regional business needs and communicate effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
8–10 years of professional experience in procurement, ideally within multinational environments.
Strong project management skills across multiple countries.
Thorough understanding of end-to-end procurement processes.
Proven track record in delivering business benefits through procurement.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Fluency in English (oral and written). Proficiency in Vietnamese and Thai is preferred
