RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and set up the sales systems and account handling processes for this new property

Develop, present and execute a sales strategy that launches the property with a high ADR orientation, introductory sales promotions and eventually a gradual increase in ADR and thus revenue to meet and exceed opening year expectations.

Utilize the results of the STORM process already undertaken with our Brand Identity Agency Quo for the positioning of the property within the market.

Develop and execute our first year sales strategy that targets high-paying guests by developing a portfolio of high-end-oriented Travel Agencies that focus on luxury and wellness/spa stays, domestically, regionally and in high-paying markets such as Europe.

Plan, along with direct reports, a yearly calendar of sales activities, both domestically and internationally, focusing on bringing high-end market by using seasonality, maximizing sales efforts and ROI as well as participation in trade fairs in key markets.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field

At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales position

A strong, well-developed, actionable client’s network is a must
-
Strong and very positive inter-personal and leadership skills

Track record of team work excellence and leadership and development of junior staff

High proficiency in written and spoken English

Must be creative, outgoing and presentable

Must come from the hotel industry, preferably from global brands
