Engineering Manager - Blockchain Technology

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our blockchain engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Golang, SQL/no-SQL databases, cloud-based distributed databases, streaming processes, and hands-on infrastructure development in large-scale systems.

Responsibilities
•  Lead and mentor a team of engineers specializing in blockchain technology.
•  Oversee the development and maintenance of our blockchain infrastructure.
•  Ensure the performance and reliability of SQL/no-SQL databases.
•  Manage cloud-based distributed database systems and streaming processes.
•  Drive the architecture and hands-on development of large-scale systems.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align blockchain technology development with company goals.
•  Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in blockchain and database management.

Qualifications
•  Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in a tech company.
•  Strong programming skills in Golang.
•  Extensive experience with SQL and no-SQL databases.
•  Familiarity with cloud-based distributed databases and streaming processes.
•  Hands-on experience in infrastructure development for large-scale systems.
•  Knowledge of blockchain technology and its application in business solutions.
•  Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Education
•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
•  Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering 
•  Prior experience managing a team of software engineers.
