Job Summary:
• Our client is leading F&B chain is looking for a Franchising Manager, based in HCMC
• The Franchising Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our brand through the identification and onboarding of strategic franchising partners
Responsibilities:
Franchisee Acquisition:
• Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners in target markets.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit qualified franchisees.
• Conduct market research to identify potential franchisee hotspots and assess market viability. Franchise Development:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create an attractive and comprehensive franchise offering.
• Provide support to franchisees in understanding the brand, business model, and operational requirements.
• Assist in the development of franchisee training programs.Franchisee Onboarding: • Oversee the setup process for new franchisees, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. • Develop and implement standardized processes for franchisee training, operations, and compliance. • Provide ongoing support to franchisees to address any operational challenges. Legal and Compliance: • Work closely with legal teams to develop franchise agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements. • Keep abreast of relevant laws and regulations related to franchising and update processes accordingly. • Collaborate with franchisees to ensure adherence to brand standards and operational guidelines. Relationship Management: • Foster positive relationships with franchise partners to ensure their success and satisfaction. • Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing their concerns and providing guidance. • Conduct regular evaluations to assess franchisee performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Experience Requirements: • Proven experience in franchise development and management, preferably in the food or restaurant industry. • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Ability to travel as needed to meet with potential franchisees and support existing ones. • Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and franchisee performance. Education Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
