*RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create & produce engaging and original TikTok videos to promote our brand and services in cooperation with other departments

• Monitor performance and growth of company’s TikTok channel

• Support in managing social media platforms

• Write SEO-friendly articles and update content on ManpowerGroup Vietnam websites

• Translate global marketing materials from English to Vietnamese, ensuring accuracy, consistency and cultural relevance

• Support event organizing with corporate partners (chambers, universities and colleges)

• Other tasks as assigned.

*REQUIREMENTS:

• Advance skills of CapCut, Canva or other video-making app/software

• Ownership of a TikTok channel or prior experience in video production is a plus

• Familiarity with popular social media platforms, i.e. TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn

• Detail-oriented working style and data-driven mindset

• A can-do attitude and a team spirit

• Strong command of verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

• Basic Microsoft office capabilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
