A.Task & Responsibilities:
Develop Human Resource Management strategies aligned with business objectives of the Business Units and in accordance with Vietnam market.
Provide HR Business Partnering and support to business leaders
Work closely with regional functional teams to deliver new programs to local country
Advise business leaders and people managers on compliance and regulatory matters, including employee grievance and conduct management
Develop, update and implement labor collective agreement, internal regulations, and employee handbook to ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
Manage the full HR spectrum from manpower planning and budgeting, recruitment and selection, onboarding, exit management, employee engagement, learning and development, payroll matters, as well as yearly initiatives such as annual budgeting, performance review, annual health check, insurance renewal.
B. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and relevant working experience
Good knowledge of local employment laws and legislations.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment business need.
Possess excellent interpersonal skill and ability to multi-task to meet business needs.
Good interaction skill
English fluency
