1.      Understand customer’s process to guide factory team

2.      Checking worksheet Full color name when received from China team

3.      Checking T.P detail (UPC, heat-seal#, hanger#...etc)

4.      Submit color (L/D & S/B)

5.      Submit samples ( Fit & size set)

6.      Submit packing material detail for approval

7.      Submit PPS, G/S and TOP

8.      Prepare PPS on line meeting

9.      Prepare PPS file for QC

10.  Checking packing instructions

11.  Coordinate with QA for required tests and passed successfully

12.  Coordinate with QC for order actual status vs. T&A

13.  Monitor production status

14.  Coordinate vessel date with forwarder and factory

15. Ensure shipping documents to be sent on time

16. Working very closely with China Merchandiser team

17. Call out if any issues happen at VN fty.

Requirements:

1. From at least 02 years of experience at the equivalent position

2. Good at English skills

3. Willing to travel to Nam Dinh, Quang Nam for business trip
