​*JOB OVERVIEW

Legal Counsel: including provision of legal advice to ManpowerGroup VN, review of contracts, development of standard agreements, management of company licenses, coordination of external legal advisors. Corporate Compliance Officer: ensuring compliance of global policies at countries level, organizing compliance trainings for relevant ManpowerGroup VN staff.

*RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Corporate Legal Counsel

• Ensure all corporate documents, licenses including investment licenses, offices licenses, plants, land lease and rent, are renewed, upgraded on time, valid at all time, in line with constantly changing legal policy and business models.

• Support branches in agreements, contract consulting, design and implement "Contract Management Procedures” to ensure all new relevant agreements and contracts will be arranged, entered in line with global and local regulations. Implementing a central repository for all relevant existing contracts and licenses.

• Support the company representative in all litigation cases as well as merger, acquisitions and carve-out projects.

• Implementation of group- guidelines, local law and directives including training and information activities

2. Corporate Compliance

• Provide advice and assess risks.

• Establish and maintain communication channels for reporting suspected compliance violations.

• Conduct corporate compliance training,

• Investigate alleged compliance violations and prepare and issue reports on individual cases and for the year.

*QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate from Law University, major in commercial law and investment law

• Possession of the Certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice to work as a professional lawyer

• Good knowledge of commercial law especially the law of contract, the law on enterprises and the law on investment

• Experience in international law firm is an advantage

• Very good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)

• Proactive work behavior and enthusiasm to reach goals

• Ability to work in a professional manner in a high pressure environment

• Good computer skills in MS office
