Project Management:
•
Lead and manage factory operations projects, including production line upgrades, process improvement initiatives, and new product introductions.
•
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
•
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met.
•
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
•
Work closely with production, engineering, quality control, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution.
•
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for procurement of equipment, raw materials, and other project-related resources.
•
Communicate regularly with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve issues as they arise.
Process Optimization:
•
Identify areas for operational efficiency improvements within the factory, including equipment utilization, workflow optimization, and waste reduction.
•
Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving projects.
•
Implement best practices for factory management, ensuring a balance between high-quality output and efficient use of resources.

Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation plans.
•
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese safety and environmental regulations, as well as international standards (e.g., ISO).
•
Monitor and evaluate the impact of external factors (e.g., supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes) on project outcomes.
Team Leadership:
•
Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
•
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication of objectives and timelines.
•
Conduct performance reviews and provide training to team members to enhance their skills and project management knowledge.
Reporting & Documentation:
•
Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and performance metrics, for senior management.
•
Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and post-project evaluations.
•
Ensure proper documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Education:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
•
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
Experience:
•
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in factory operations, manufacturing, or industrial project management.
•
Proven experience managing large-scale projects in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
•
Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and Lean manufacturing principles.
Skills:
•
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts, ERP systems).
•
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability
