- Coordinate all activities in Fit & Pattern prototype/ estimation stage from pattern and sample making
- Product briefing for handover to finalization
GENERAL DUTIES
- Coordinate meeting with related departments to discuss and solve any problems in the development stage
- Evaluate material and accessories for sample making and reject that do not meet the company requirements
- Be responsible for the accuracy and lead time of all information and out put given to others department covering from pattern and technical specifications through PLM and sample schedules
- Evaluate subordinates’s performance and maintaining conductive working environment for his/her team
- Communicating effectively internally and externally to serve the stakeholders on time
- Capability for checking the pattern making/grading, coach & guide subordinates on amending the pattern based on fitting comments
- Samples OTIF deliver to Product Development & Brands team
- Patterns, documents, sample are ready for other departments to provide proto and cost estimation
- “Right first time” for quality sample, pattern and information
- On-time response to all queries from stakeholders
- To meet productivity target
- 5+ years of experience in lingerie pattern technical in product development & lingerie fitting and design
- English proficiency
- Gerber Accumark Software
- Team work mindset and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
