Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through various stages of the manufacturing process. This position requires frequent travel to supplier factories in China

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate supplier processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

• Assist regulatory compliance team to support related inquiry from customer

• Conduct outgoing inspections by sampling finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.

• Monitor implementation of quality control procedures, guidelines, and standards.

• Perform regular audits of suppliers' quality systems and provide feedback for improvement.

• Identify areas for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality or engineering in manufacturing.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications in English

• knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methodologies preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel frequently to supplier factories

• Fluent Chinese speaking is needed.
