- This position will manage the whole production in ITM to deliver the operational KPIs by managing a number of staffs & IDL/ DL
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver production KPIs plus operational KPIs under production department
- Driving for the compliance of shop floor people in Safety/ Quality & Productivity
- Develop the production staffs to the next level vs. their current level
- Corporate with related department to drive for OpEx & Leaning manufacturing
- In collaboration with related function to driving for the plant KPIs
REQUIREMENTS
- Education Bachelor Degree Experience Should have at least 3-5 years of experiences in the position of production manager with good delivery in production KPIs, people development, team structuring, continuous improvement & problem solving
- \Well knowledge in production or manufacturing with the proven results such as KPIs delivery, continuous improvement & problem solving.
- Also good knowledge/ experiences in people development.
- Good leadership skill in term of Execution, Communication, Negotiation, Teamwork, Critical thinking.
- Good facilitation skill
- Good presentation skill Goal & objection setting
- Planning & prioritizing skill
- Time management
