- Set-up, monitor and improve QA/QC process, ISO management system, and documentation.
- Responsible for internal audits to ensure compliance to ISO documentation.
- Manage inspection process in manufacturing from incoming until delivery based in quality management system and qualified specifications.
- Utilize QMS to have preventative plan for quality issues in the production process, investigate defect causes, and create corrective action plan.
- Address customer complaints promptly, prepare 8D reports, visit and maintain effective relationship with clients.
- Manage sampling process included customer samples, engineering samples, initial workshop samples, and other types of samples.
- Responsible for maintenance, storage, and annual audits of measuring instruments and tools.
- Ensure all incoming materials meet necessary standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position at multinational manufacturing companies.
- Must have experience in the electrical automotive manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
