MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform administrative tasks across various HR processes including Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support center, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes, encompassing activities such as:
o Processing data changes in the HRIS and conducting mass data uploads.
o Generating documents, offers, and paperwork as per case requirements.
o Responding to employee queries.
o Managing cases on the case management tool.
o Coordinating with multiple third parties and vendors.
o Validating data correctness and obtaining approvals as per case requirements. o Calculating and settling standard & complex benefits.
o Administering the Open Enrollment cycle.
o Handling Leave of Absence impacts.
o Managing reporting across Hire to Retire processes.
o Assisting in User Acceptance Testing.
o Overseeing Localization, repatriation, and assignment extension in line with SOPs.
o Managing training schedules and enrollments.
o Supporting Time & Attendance transactions processing and corrections.
o Overseeing payroll inputs and zero to gross processing.
o Conducting payroll processing and disbursement.
o Performing payroll reporting, reconciliation, and validation.
o Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements and requisitions.
o Conducting reference checks.
o Evaluating HR function performance and conducting industry standard research.
o Performing various employee data analysis and linking with talent management.
o Publishing analytics dashboards for senior HR stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs as agreed upon for respective processes.
• Collaborate closely with the quality team to identify and implement improvement ideas.
• Monitor and resolve day-to-day issues & escalations by coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Work closely with the overall process lead to ensure timely processing of any process changes/updates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 4 - 5 years of experience in HR shared services/Operations.
• Experience in Workday or similar HCM.
• Good communication skills for voice support.
• Demonstrated competence in managing various HR functional areas including Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support center, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes.
• Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese & Basic English is required.
