Job Purpose
- Manage and develop industry sales team to accelerate global industry strategy then achieve sales budget
- Overall responsible for the achievement of sales target through Global Industry Strategy.
- Develop tactical activities and manage sales team to drive its year-on-year business success and growth in market share.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute sales & marketing activities with team members that aligned with Global Industry strategy.
- Provide strategic insights, coaching and guiding to team members to grow performance.
- Responsible for efficient key account management and planning. Champion and manage collaboration between distributors and Sales Teams/BDM’s (Business Development Manager) to drive and meet target.
- Monthly monitoring and report of distributor/channel performance and deliverables.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of the company and competitor’s product lines and related business practices
- Develop sales strategies to acquire new business or defend market and map potential customers and generate leads.
- Works to resolve of customer issues, distributor conflict by providing resolutions and guidelines. Drive sales alignment with the distributor/s, participate in monthly review distributor performance as well as systems integrators development.

In our Mid Term plan: sales should increase double in three years (increase ~ 33% per year)
- Follow up every month progress, identifying gaps and set countermeasure if there are gap. In order to (achieve what result): to fulfill activities plan
- Work with ATC (Automation Center)/AE (Application Engineer) member indirectly to Improve or modify PoC (Proof of Concept) along with Global Industry Strategy to generate bigger opportunity rather just a component discussing with customer. In order to (achieve what result): to enlarge business opportunity to invite customer top management and discuss in from t of our solution idea machines
- Coordinate with other engineering / customer services teams when necessary to ensure effective collaboration among all parties to bring best result. In order to (achieve what result): to maximize internal resources to expand sale
- Manage Special price to amend all party use it properly and secure OEP-VN GP to achieve target %. In order to (achieve what result): avoid unnecessary discount and keep good GP ratio to be more healthy organization
- Any other task or project time-to time assigned by management when needed
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- University graduated in Electrical Engineering, Automation
- 05-year experience in Sales Manager Position in Industrial Automation Field.
