Job Description

  1. Management distributor in Central/South: Find the right distributor in central to increase market share and ensure team members have achieved monthly sales target
  2. Make good relationship with independent dealers: Effective planning and implement dealer visit/business trip with Sales PIC to understand dealers needs and support them deploy proper promotion program to sell Sony products
  3. Sales operational management: Weekly Sell-in/ sell-out/ DS review to know the reason why sales increase or decrease by dealerwise/ modelwise and by each salesman PIC
  4. Meeting participant regular meeting: Sales monthly/ Sony center monthly/ Sales & Mktg month Bi- monthly FF meeting, and other required meeting
  5. Staff development: Ensure staff are planned and trained with clear target monitoring and evaluation by monthly
  6. Make good internal relationship: Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with other Depts, especial TV/ HA marketing members

 

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Economics, Trade or equivalent
  • English communication in business level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office: Power point, Word, Excel, Outlook, internet and SAP
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales account management
  • Knowledge in Marketing, sales, customer taste (In electronics), market analysis, and supply chain
  • Catch-up Market trend, electronics market analysis (special in electronics market), sales forecast, sales planning, sales skills
  • Proactive, aggressive and hardworking, required nationwide business trip
