Our client is looking for a hard-working Sales Representative to join the team to spearhead our business growth in Vietnam.
The successful applicant is responsible for managing existing customers and developing new customers in VN while maintaining profitable sales and quality service. You will Identify and capture opportunities within the local market and actively seek new business to advance the companies branding and industries knowledge of products and services our client provide.
1.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the current and potential customer base through personal visits, phone interaction and email correspondence with a focus on maximizing quality, service and profitability.
Expand the sales and customer base in line with the overall sales and marketing strategy.
Achieve and exceed sales budgets and KPI requirements.
Support the sales team and Customer Service Office, in relation to preparing quotations as requested, in line with the current costing and margin framework.
Attend and assist with trials, presentations, field days or industry events as required.
Provide reports to the Directors as required, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reporting, planning schedules, projects, market research and internal KPI or End of Month (EOM) requirements.
Provide support to the Directors to achieve set targets as required.
2. ABOUT YOU:
Proven working experience in a similar role in the baby products category is desirable.
Management and/or sakes course completion desirable but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to follow process and procedures.
Attention to detail.
Organizational skills
3. SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Fixed salary: 15,000,000 VND (probation: 12,000,000 VND)
Allowances (Phone and Travel): 500,000 VND
Commission by month
District 2/ District 7/ Flexible working location (work from home or remote) and flexible working hours
Full insurance according to Labor Law
