- Assist Account/Product Managers/Business Development Managers with the opportunities by providing presales technical support & consultancy.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and deliver deep dive product demonstrations to the customers and the business partners.
- Deliver the trainings to the business partners on the product solutions.
- Contribute to and refine technical RFP/RFI responses.
- Create Solutions Play and blueprint to effectively explain and articulate solution use cases to internal TD Sales, and partners community.
- Coordinate and manage technical validation events and POC assets.
- Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested.
- Recommend and influence market content.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent experience certifications preferred
- Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience, ideally in IT multinational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of vendor products and general networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS (UNIX) Admin, Microsoft Window and experience with switches, routers, firewalls, IDS/IPS in Intranet/Internet environments and IAM solutions.
- Good Network, System & Security knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex technology simply.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and be able to handle a high volume of requests, specifically unplanned/unscheduled requests.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
