Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA department in the garment manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards while implementing effective quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management System:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Quality Control:
•
Oversee all quality control processes throughout the production cycle.
•
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to identify areas for improvement.
Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor the QA team, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills.
•
Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
Problem Solving:
•
Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
•
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related problems effectively.
Documentation and Reporting:
•
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and audits.
•
Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
•
Supplier Quality Assurance:
•
Evaluate and monitor supplier quality performance.
•
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials.
•
Customer Focus:
•
Address customer complaints related to product quality and implement solutions.
•
Gather customer feedback to inform quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
•
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the garment industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
•
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
•
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•
Effective leadership and communication abilities.
•
Proficient in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite
