Responsibilities:
- Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the PIH IE section to ensure that section's operations are completed on time, within budget and as per the set goals.
- Lead and implement project related to production line expanding/modifying and maintenance of machine, related equipment...etc.
- 'Lead & improve mold & press machine operation capacity, machine safety performance & productivity
'Lead and develop strong PIH IE Team: evaluation, training, talent development, motivation & other job assigned by Senior.
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years experience in management position
Experience in working with Press machine, Molding Machine
- Graduated from University, Fluent in English (Japanese is preferred)
- Strong people management & leadership skill.
Well understand in mold, press machine (repair & maintenance)
- Long term and short term vision
- Project management experience
- Logical thinking, analytical & problem solving skills.
- Be innovative, have sunao mind, interpersonal skill
- Talent development mind
