RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client’s online portfolio, including pricing, promotions, and campaigns across eCommerce platforms.

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to create deployment plans for pricing, promotions, and campaigns (monthly/quarterly/half-yearly).

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify best practices to drive sales growth.

  • Set KPIs for pricing and promotions; collaborate with analytics team to review reports and implement corrective actions.

  • Implement product and promotional content from client asset libraries and ensure local market adaptations.

  • Analyze content performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations to optimize site/app content.

  • Work with local teams to prioritize site and promotional content needs.

  • Proactively review campaign, content, and customer service reports to identify key insights and improvements.

  • Coordinate with campaign strategy, content management, and customer service teams to incorporate findings into future actions.

  • Handle customer service queries, complaints, and work with brands/external partners on product details (e.g., ingredients, expiry dates).

Required:

  • 3+ years in digital commerce, e-commerce, digital sales, or sales & marketing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, or quantitative/technical fields.

  • Strong communication and content analytics skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data processing tools.

  • Experience with content management systems, commerce platforms, and content uploading.

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).

  • Experience managing pricing, promotions, or similar trade/marketing activities.

  • Experience managing CPA ads (e.g., Facebook, Google).

  • Ability to manage client relationships and expectations, with strong English communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, with a high degree of confidence in client interactions.

  • Understanding of sales & marketing in consumer goods/consumer durables or related sectors.

  • Keen awareness of digital commerce trends and a strong desire to learn and upskill.
