Duties:

• Achieve all Industrial Engineering, Autonomous Manufacturing Center (AMC) specific and Company Vietnam generic targets (Profitability, Policy deployment and OPI) for IE.
• Support new line launch and continuous improvement.
• Report to the Industrial Engineering Manager or Process Development Manager / Manufacturing Center Manager.
• Support the manufacturing process and continuous process improvements.
• Follow and promote COMPANY in Vietnam policies and procedures.
• Support intra department activities.
• Organize and lead internal related activities according to project timing plan , take in charge of all project related things from project build-up to mass production;;
• Interface with PTL as the plant project window
• Make JC files according Drawing from engineering, lead / participate DFM
• Timely execution of manufacturing tasks and activities related to plant and follow-up them;
• Make sure preparation status including all required manufacturing resources according to project timing plan (lines, machines, tools, gauges, human resources, documentation for quality and safety, and so on);
• To lead customer and internal sample building;
• Effective management of project schedule and project development and product cost control;
• Finish other works assigned by leader.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Engineering related)
• Good English speaking and writing; good at MS office, AutoCAD；
• Minimum 5 years work experience (Preferably Automotive)
• Mechanical/ Electrical/ Manufacturing background
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing preferable.
