According to TWI 2019, the Average Monthly Wage of Vietnamese workforce is about 242 USD per month and Manufacturing Wages is 238 USD per month as compared to Regional Average 1,801 USD per month.

The Total Workforce Index™ is the only index of its kind that analyzes over 100 factors across 76 markets for a comprehensive and comparative view of four key factors: Workforce Availability, Cost Efficiency, Workforce Productivity and Regulation. As the competitive, economic and regulatory landscapes continue to shift at rapid pace, the Total Workforce Index™ has evolved to provide insights into the availability of the best, diverse talent and in-demand skills in each market, while incorporating the ease of skilled talent migration and tax policy factors.

“In an increasingly complex global market, access to skilled talent is a priority for organizations looking to build or grow their business,” Simon Matthews, Country Manager, ManpowerGroup Vietnam, Thailand and The Middle East shared: “Whether the priority is a specific tech skilled workforce or setting up a remote work hub, we can use the index to provide companies with data that helps them to make better and faster strategic decisions. Through the combination of data and expert analysis, organizations can ensure their workforce and business strategies work as one.”

Organizations can customize and adapt the Total Workforce Index™ to include the factors most relevant to them to help solve their pressing workforce challenges. TWI can provide answers to questions from the broad to the specific from “Where can I find skilled workers as my organization moves to automated processes?” to “Where should we put our next call center?”

According to TWI 2019, Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand are the top three markets for business development in the APAC region and globally. Hong Kong and Singapore rank highly for larger talent pools and support of flexible working conditions versus markets with new tax policies and labor laws.
