Main Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by developing strong business relationships and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Proactively approach and engage potential clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities aligned with the company's service offerings.

Negotiate and finalize service agreements with key accounts.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Job Requirements

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within the services sector (ads, digital, media...)

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to understand and convey complex service solutions.

Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales management tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
