Main Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by developing strong business relationships and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

  • Proactively approach and engage potential clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities aligned with the company's service offerings.

  • Negotiate and finalize service agreements with key accounts.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within the services sector (ads, digital, media...)

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to understand and convey complex service solutions.

  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales management tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).

  • Strategic mindset, dynamic and resilient personality, with strong attention to detail and adaptability to change.
