Responsibilities:
Business Development:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the market share for uConnect (including uConnect Karaoke, uConnect HoReCa, and uConnect University).
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with karaoke chains, restaurants, hotels, and universities, Supermarkets/Conveniences Store, beauty salons….
  • Identify and approach customers to persuade them to collaborate, introducing Ureka and the uConnect ecosystem.
Client/Vendor Management:
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients/ vendors.
  • Address client/ vendor issues and ensure excellent post-sale service.
  • Advise and support clients throughout the implementation and usage of the product.
Market and Product Research:
  • Analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends to propose product improvements.
  • Collect feedback from clients and the market to enhance products and services.
Marketing Support and Product Promotion:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product promotion strategies.
  • Participate in events, seminars, and exhibitions to showcase the uConnect product.
Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and manage the business development team.
  • Set goals, monitor, and evaluate the team’s performance.
  • Managing campaigns, setting up and preparing for company events and seminars
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of management experience in business development, preferably in the advertising, media, or technology sector.
  • Experience working with major partners in the restaurant, hotel, karaoke, or education sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop business strategies.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising, especially DOOH/ programmatic DOOH and OTT advertising.
  • Familiarity with target markets (karaoke, HoReCa, and universities, transportation, Supermarket).
  • Proactive, creative, and flexible.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
