Business Development:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the market share for uConnect (including uConnect Karaoke, uConnect HoReCa, and uConnect University).
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with karaoke chains, restaurants, hotels, and universities, Supermarkets/Conveniences Store, beauty salons….
- Identify and approach customers to persuade them to collaborate, introducing Ureka and the uConnect ecosystem.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients/ vendors.
- Address client/ vendor issues and ensure excellent post-sale service.
- Advise and support clients throughout the implementation and usage of the product.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends to propose product improvements.
- Collect feedback from clients and the market to enhance products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product promotion strategies.
- Participate in events, seminars, and exhibitions to showcase the uConnect product.
- Recruit, train, and manage the business development team.
- Set goals, monitor, and evaluate the team’s performance.
- Managing campaigns, setting up and preparing for company events and seminars
- At least 3-5 years of management experience in business development, preferably in the advertising, media, or technology sector.
- Experience working with major partners in the restaurant, hotel, karaoke, or education sectors is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop business strategies.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth understanding of digital advertising, especially DOOH/ programmatic DOOH and OTT advertising.
- Familiarity with target markets (karaoke, HoReCa, and universities, transportation, Supermarket).
- Proactive, creative, and flexible.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
