Leadership, Skills and the She-Cession
International Women's Day (IWD) on 8 March is an annual event recognizing the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The UN has deemed #BreaktheBias the theme for 2022 and is a day that also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality.
Progressing the She-cession towards a She-covery is mission critical and addressing challenges to women’s workforce participation is at its core. With the growing demand for new skills and employers' prediction of a strong demand for talent across key sectors, employers need to help women return to the workplace and better accommodate what women want at work.
Leading up to International Women’s Day and continuing into March for Women's History Month, ManpowerGroup will share fresh gender parity content featuring standout data and campaign core messages pegged to the timely hooks of International Women's Day and Women's History Month.
