The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in southern Vietnam, focusing on multinational customers. The role involves developing long-term client relationships, identifying business opportunities, leading negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Reports directly to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory account plans to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Identify and engage potential customers to achieve sales and profit targets.

  • Lead negotiations and manage the decision-making process to close deals.

  • Drive marketing activities and events to enhance brand presence.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 3–7 years of sales experience in software, IT services, or related industries.

  • ERP or business consulting experience is a plus.

  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Good English communication skills.
