The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in southern Vietnam, focusing on multinational customers. The role involves developing long-term client relationships, identifying business opportunities, leading negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Reports directly to senior management.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory account plans to maximize sales opportunities.

Lead negotiations and manage the decision-making process to close deals.

Drive marketing activities and events to enhance brand presence.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3–7 years of sales experience in software, IT services, or related industries.

ERP or business consulting experience is a plus.

Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
