- Successfully convert potential customers into clients in traditional industries like FMCG, retail, and services as well as emerging industries like cold chain and DG.
- The capacity to connect with larger regional Vietnamese organizations for commercial growth prospects.
- Create and uphold Capex protocols in accordance with policy for RFP, RFQ, and new business submissions.
- Analyze the information supplied by the customer and coordinate with national or regional internal stakeholders, such as the operations, solutions, and commercial teams, to prepare proposals for competitive bidding and cost savings.
- Deliver sales presentations to clients and the business community in order to introduce the business and its offerings.
- Continue to have good working ties with the Operations team.
- Managing related peer review procedures and coordinating the creation of pertinent paperwork.
- Develop a new business prospect listing to ensure that future new business development is planned in advance.
- Set the strategy and develop new business for the company through approaching new business customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.
- Depth of experience in Supply Chain Solutions, Solutions Design, Professional Consulting Services and Project Management field.
- A practiced negotiator and communicator with experience in presenting business concepts and proposals to senior management and customers.
- Extensive Supply Chain experience in a medium to large private sector organization in managing people, financials, customers, and contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and plan viable, commercially oriented capability-based supply chain solutions.
- Excellent command of English language both spoken and written.
- A high level of computer literacy e.g., MS Office and MS Project applications.
- Able to travel occasionally.
