Overview:
- The primary role of this position is to identify and establish new business opportunities while also nurturing and expanding relationships with existing key customers on a global and local scale, particularly in the Southern region of Vietnam.
- This individual will be responsible for executing the local business development strategy, ensuring its alignment with the group's overarching strategy and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales growth by identifying and pursuing new customer prospects.
- Identify and address the specific needs of customers, providing tailored packaging solutions.
- Foster and oversee strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure customer requirements align with design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with global sales teams and various departments to cultivate business opportunities and achieve set objectives.
- Manage plans, pipelines, and action plans in line with established strategies.
- Be open to business travel opportunities, whether local or overseas, for necessary training.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in comprehensive packaging solutions.
- Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Packaging, or a related field.
- Proven experience in working with global customers.
- Proficiency in project management is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirements.
