Overview:

  • The primary role of this position is to identify and establish new business opportunities while also nurturing and expanding relationships with existing key customers on a global and local scale, particularly in the Southern region of Vietnam.
  • This individual will be responsible for executing the local business development strategy, ensuring its alignment with the group's overarching strategy and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales growth by identifying and pursuing new customer prospects.
  • Identify and address the specific needs of customers, providing tailored packaging solutions.
  • Foster and oversee strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure customer requirements align with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with global sales teams and various departments to cultivate business opportunities and achieve set objectives.
  • Manage plans, pipelines, and action plans in line with established strategies.
  • Be open to business travel opportunities, whether local or overseas, for necessary training.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in comprehensive packaging solutions.
  • Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Packaging, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in working with global customers.
  • Proficiency in project management is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirements.
