Position: Business Marketing Representative
Salary: ~ $1000
Manpower's client, an international container transportation and shipping company, is seeking a Business Marketing Representative. In this role, your key focus is to collect the market and client information in Vietnam and provide the best service for the clients, conduct the technical guidance for loading and discharging operations when the fleet calls the port of Vietnam and dispatch vessels under the safety situation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect the market business and client information for the breakbulk and other Specialized cargo fleet voyage and/or T/C basis in Vietnam, Identify the customers and their needs.
Understand customer needs and provide the best service to the clients of Vietnam.
Conclude and execute best business in line with shipping management guidance and targets.
Conduct the technical guidance for loading and discharging operations when the fleet vessels call the port of Vietnam, if necessary, attend the loading or discharging operation on site.
Coordinate the local agent and the operator of the fleet vessels to dispatch vessels under the safety situation in Vietnam port.
Make the weekly and monthly management reporting and follow the instructions of the shipping & operations division and company leaders.
Full-time, working in Vietnam and Biz trips in Vietnam and nearby countries.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
2+ years of cargo operations experience and 1+ years of B2B solutions in a similar industry, Familiar with the cargo operations of heavy lift project cargo and/or Paper Pulp is preferred.
Selling experience required, possess strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Good relationship with the ship-owner of Breakbulk & heavy lift cargo and other Specialized carriers is preferred.
Good relationship with the client of Specialized cargo or ENR top 250 is preferred.
To have a Class 3 driving license and own vehicle is preferred
To have a chief office or captain’s license of ocean-going vessels is preferred
To have the practical of port captain or Stevedore company foreman is preferred.
Fluent English in writing and speaking, good at Chinese is preferred
Able to work in Vietnam and Business trips in Vietnam and nearby countries.
Open for Vietnam Citizen or Permit residence.
