Key Responsibilities:

1. Compensation & Benefits Strategy:
   - Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that support the company’s objectives and attract, retain, and motivate employees
   - Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations

2. Program Management:
   - Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity-based programs
   - Manage benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee perks

3. Policy Development:
   - Develop, update, and communicate C&B policies and procedures
   - Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies

4. Employee Communication:
   - Provide clear and effective communication to employees regarding compensation and benefits programs
   - Address employee queries and concerns related to C&B matters

5. Analysis and Reporting:
   - Conduct regular analysis and prepare reports on compensation and benefits trends, costs, and effectiveness
   - Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis

6. Collaboration:
   - Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of C&B strategies with overall business goals
   - Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- Proficiency in Korean is required
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, policies, and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
