Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Visual Identity: Develop and uphold a cohesive visual identity for the brand, ensuring alignment with core values and resonance with target audiences across various European markets.
  • Creative Strategy: Partner with marketing and design teams to craft creative strategies that effectively communicate brand messages through visual mediums, including packaging, advertising, and digital content.
  • Art Direction: Lead a team of designers and creative professionals to produce visually compelling and impactful assets, from print materials to digital graphics.
  • Video Production: Oversee and contribute to video production efforts for marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay current with design trends and consumer preferences, integrating these insights into the visual strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with international teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and design elements across diverse markets.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all visual assets meet the highest quality standards, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team Development: Mentor and train team members, fostering a creative and productive work environment.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Graphic Design, with a strong background in the FMCG industry.
  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing diverse design work and video projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design software and a deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
