Role Overview
As a Client Services Associate on the Expert Matching Team, you will play a key role in sourcing and recruiting the right experts to consult on a wide range of client projects. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for identifying talent. Key Responsibilities
Project Understanding & Expert Profile Identification

Gain in-depth understanding of client project requirements, industry focus, and expected deliverables.

Define the ideal expert profile by analyzing key criteria such as target companies, departments, seniority, and specialized expertise.
Expert Sourcing & Recruitment (Main Focus)

Proactively source expert candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, local job boards, internal CRM/database, and professional networks.

Initiate outreach via phone, email, and messaging platforms to engage and invite experts to consult on client projects.

Conduct screening calls to evaluate the expert’s suitability, background, and alignment with project needs.

Coordinate and manage expert interview schedules while maintaining strong, professional relationships for potential future engagements.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

0–3 years of relevant work experience in sales, recruitment, client service, or similar roles.

Fluent in English and Thai (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently across diverse professional networks.
