1. Customer focus

• Communicate with customer on appropriate manner and tongue. Case is solved 10-15 min per transaction.

• Check and respond to emails

• Complete all customer request submitted

2. Refund container deposit: No pending charge after refund deposit

• Check DDSM payment status

• Local charge payment status

• Co-operate with M&R team get M&R charge

• Check MNR payment status

• Re-fund or collect after balance all charge

• Complete all customer request submitted

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

• Education: College/Bachelor degree; major in Sea Transportation, Export-Import, International Business, Foreign Trade,...

• Experiences: 1-2 years working experience in similar position in a shipping company or Freight Forwarder

• Personalities: detail-oriented, careful, hardworking, well-organized

• Skills: strong in organization & deadline management, work well under high pressure
