Check and respond to emails

2. Refund container deposit: No pending charge after refund deposit
Check DDSM payment status
Local charge payment status
Co-operate with M&R team get M&R charge
Check MNR payment status
Re-fund or collect after balance all charge
Complete all customer request submitted

Experiences: 1-2 years working experience in similar position in a shipping company or Freight Forwarder
Personalities: detail-oriented, careful, hardworking, well-organized
Skills: strong in organization & deadline management, work well under high pressure
