Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Orientation and Planning:

  • Advise the Group's Board of Directors on business development strategies and the company's marketing strategy.

  • Develop business and marketing objectives and plans in line with the Group's orientation.

  • Manage and be responsible for the overall operational efficiency of the Commercial Division, including the Sales Department and Marketing Department.

2. Business Development:

  • Research, evaluate, and propose business strategies in the real estate sector and related fields.

  • Forecast and assess new business opportunities to diversify the company's revenue streams and strengthen its competitive position.

  • Develop and implement business plans, sales activities, and action programs annually.

  • Drive business growth, expand market share, and develop new customer segments.

  • Monitor commercial performance indicators, analyze data, and implement solutions to optimize business efficiency.

3. Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and market position.

  • Conduct market surveys, research, and evaluate sales and marketing activities to propose appropriate communication and promotional solutions.

  • Implement and control communication and marketing programs according to approved objectives and budgets.

  • Anticipate potential media crisis risks and propose effective management and mitigation solutions.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with domestic and international media agencies and communication partners to execute the company's media strategies.

4. Team Management:

  • Manage, train, and develop the team to achieve business and marketing objectives.

  • Update and refine policies, regulations, and processes within the Commercial Division.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chairman and CEO.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, commerce, business administration, or related fields.

  • Experience: At least 5 years of management experience in multinational corporations or large domestic companies, preferably top-tier real estate firms.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese and international real estate markets and related ecosystems.

  • Strong understanding of market research and analysis methods.

  • Proficient in applying commercial, sales, business development, and marketing strategies.

  • Experience in asset management, hospitality services, resorts, and education is a plus.

  • Ability to build and develop global networks with individuals, organizations, and relevant partners.

  • Excellent leadership and management skills.

  • Strong planning and strategic execution abilities.

  • Capability to oversee and manage complex, large-scale, medium- and long-term projects.

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
