Job description:
- Manage business activities to achieve revenue growth goals set in each period
- Design and implement business plans, promotions, sales plans, to distributors and sales staff
- Take care of old customers while finding and expanding new customer base and sales channels
- Collect, analyze, and closely follow the market to respond quickly to market changes and have a comprehensive awareness of products and the current competitive situation
- Monitor, report, analyze sales and debt situation with the Board of Directors and make realistic forecasts and propose plans to improve performance and business results
- Responsible for connecting, exchanging and coordinating with manufacturers/suppliers to build and implement sales plans
- Participate in recruiting, setting goals, training and monitoring the performance of sales staff
- Coordinate work with other departments in the company to implement other instructions from the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Engineer's degree owner
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales representative
- At least 1 year of experience managing/ leading a team of 5 or more employees
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of B2B distribution in the field of Security Equipment and IT industry
